Hours: 25 hours per week

Vivid Resourcing are working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to bring on a Locum Planning Solicitor on a part-time basis (25 hours per week).

Role Overview:

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of planning law matters

• Handle a varied and interesting caseload

• Attend planning committee meetings once a month

• Support internal departments with planning-related legal issues

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with experience in planning law

• Previous local authority experience is preferred

• Ability to manage your own workload independently

• Available to start at short notice
