Position: Locum Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer
Organisation: Greater Manchester based Local Authority
Duration: Until March 2026 initially + (with the likelihood of extension thereafter)
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours
Working Arrangement: Fully remote working considered, some travel desirable
Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a
Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of
Adult Social Care matters.
Duties may include:
- Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislation, including, but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
- Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
- To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters
