Senior Solicitor (Prosecutions)

Rochdale (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Umbrella, negotiable

 

37 hours per week

 

The role is for a full time prosecution lawyer to manage a to manage a caseload of prosecution and enforcement, anti-social behaviour litigation and licensing matters; from initial instruction through to advocacy at Court, as well as a range of general litigation matters.


To provide accurate and robust legal advice on local authority enforcement matters, and advise and assist senior officers in developing policy and procedures related to the post.
