Contract until 31/03/2026

Rate: Via umbrella co, negotiable

37 hours per week

Would allow fully remote for an exceptional candidate

We are especially interested in a candidate with significant post qualification experience in Adult Social Care Law including includes Court of Protection Welfare Applications, Ordinary Residence Disputes and Section 21A Challenges ideally within a local government setting.

A knowledge of Children’s social care and Health law would be advantageous.
