Adult Social Care Lawyer
Full Time / Part Time
£50 - 60 per hour
Remote or Hybrid Working
A qualified Adult Social Care Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in the South East for a period of 6 months with the view to extension thereafter on a full-time or part-time working basis.
The successful Adult social care locum will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive and will ideally have previous experience of working in the public sector however, private practice candidates will be considered.
You will be able to work on a remote/hybrid working basis for the duration of the assignment and will be working with a supportive and friendly team with shared paralegal support across the social care legal teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the legal public sector with the opportunity of a more permanent role and opportunities in progression and management available further into the role.

- Court of protection
- Deprivation of liberty
- Mental Health matters
- Mental Capacity matters
- Community care
