Property Paralegal

Hybrid Working

Part-time (21 hours per week)

£15 - £20 per hour (Interim/Umbrella)

Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Property Paralegal to join a well-respected Local Authority based in the South East for a Locum assignment.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and take on a variety of work including assisting on:

  • A mixed portfolio of both commercial and residential matters
  • Freehold/Leasehold
  • Right to buy
  • Assisting Senior Solicitors with their caseload
  • Assisting with legal administration

Experience of working within property is essential but we're open to speaking with candidates with either public or private sector experience who have just graduated with a Law Degree or Legal Practice Course.

This position is initially for 3 months, but will be reviewed and potentially extended nearer the time. This is a part-time role 3 days per week (21 hours).

There are excellent transport links nearby and the offices are a short walk from the train station.
